GMAIL

  1. 01.Open Gmail and find any email from hello@paranoidhumanoid.io.
  2. 02.Click the three-dot menu in the top right of the message.
  3. 03.Select "Filter messages like this" → "Create filter" → "Never send to Spam".
  4. 04.Or drag the email from Promotions into your Primary inbox.

OUTLOOK

  1. 01.Open the email from Paranoid Humanoid.
  2. 02.Right-click the message and choose "Junk" → "Never block sender".
  3. 03.Add hello@paranoidhumanoid.io to Settings → Mail → Junk Email → Safe senders.
  4. 04.Move the message to your Focused inbox if needed.

APPLE MAIL

  1. 01.Open the email from Paranoid Humanoid.
  2. 02.Tap the sender's name at the top of the message.
  3. 03.Choose "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs".
  4. 04.On Mac: Mail → Preferences → Junk Mail → exempt messages from Contacts.

YAHOO MAIL

  1. 01.Open the email from Paranoid Humanoid.
  2. 02.Click the three-dot menu and select "Add Sender to Contacts".
  3. 03.Save hello@paranoidhumanoid.io to your contacts list.
  4. 04.If it landed in Spam, mark it as "Not Spam" to train the filter.
